I jump in

splash

The sun wanes

set

I breathe in

fresh

The day soars

new

I hold on

sail

Live it full

rest

I try hard

snap

Capture it

mark

I charge out

fun

And coast on

smooth

I realize

Fast

Time drifts by

Sad

And then it

Ends

Heavy head

Lost

To rebuild

Firm

Takes more time

Rise

But to rise

Trudge

Can take all

POUND

To move on

Gain

You must let

Go

Yet easy

Said

Than is to

DO.
