Hope-ward
Hope intangible
Hope I cling
Praying an end to horror’s sting
All my heart is what I bring
When from mouth my words can’t sing.
Hope eternal
Hope arrive
Give us something to survive
evil chokes and Love can’t thrive
Great despair is luring dive.
Hope withstanding
Hope believe
Soldier on, courage achieve
Dark defy, to bright conceive
Something greater than naïve.
Hope empower
Hope sustain
Give me purpose not to feign
Simple gestures, heartless, plain
Love be Armour, Passion gain.
