Ellipsis

Where am I going

where have I been

what deep clear meaning has come from within

what will the next be

what do I do

cannot discern if there’s truth in the clue

every intention

every new breath

cradles the past that sees much more than death

all still abiding

all still is set

ready to race beyond what I have met

there is a calling

there is a pull

fashioning purpose, a heart rendered full

but in the quiet

but under cloud

shaping a “something” to make myself proud

doesn’t come easy

doesn’t come fast

mastering carefully something to last

but in ellipsis

but I won’t fail

What’s yet to happen, just needs its own sail.
